I'm a wife, mum of 2 and pre and postnatal personal trainer!


I'm super passionate about working with mums to get them stronger, both mentally and physically because of my own fitness journey when I became a mum.


I couldn't (and still can't) believe how many of us don't know what we don't know when it comes to health and fitness as postnatal women!
